No, smoking is strictly prohibited at Hotel Fleur de Ville. A cleaning fee of €300 will be charged for any evidence of smoking in the rooms. Additionally, the use of candles in the rooms is strictly forbidden.

From Monday to Friday, breakfast is served between 7:00 and 10:00. On weekends and bank holidays, it’s between 7:30 to 11:00. Breakfast is served in our restaurant and consists of a buffet plus some dishes made on demand. The price is €32.

Hotel Fleur de Ville features a lounge with a bar, conveniently situated near the reception area. It’s open every day from 11:00 until midnight, for hotel guests and external visitors.

Our restaurant is open in the evenings from Monday to Saturday, between 19:00 and 23:00. Please note that the last order is taken at 21:30.

Head to the train station located directly beneath the departure and arrival halls on level -1. Take the train bound for Brussels Central Station (a swift 17-minute journey). Upon arrival, hop on bus 29 heading towards De Brouckère, and you’ll soon find yourself at Hotel Fleur de Ville.

Metered taxis are available outside the arrivals hall—look out for licensed taxis distinguished by their T-licence plate and a yellow and blue symbol on top. The journey to the hotel spans approximately 15 km and typically amounts to around 40 to 50 euros. Alternatively, buses depart every 45 minutes towards the city centre.

With trams departing every 10 minutes, you’ll reach Place de Brouckère in just a quick 10-minute ride. Choose either tram line 3, bound for Gare du Nord, or line 4, heading towards Esplanade. Get off the tram at De Brouckère, a mere 200 metres from Hotel Fleur de Ville, located at 46 rue du Fossé aux Loups.
